I love that they are a team, one of them was always available. It’s like we got 1 person in two who was constantly ready to answer our phone calls, meet us at various locations and times to view properties and give sound advice. Hilary and Jaclyn work so well together, they have such positive energy and chemistry between them, that it was a pure joy and sometime therapy just to be around them 😊 They both lived in this area forever, they know all the school districts, they know the neighborhoods and other agents. They have an army of standby timely inspectors (roof, radon, termites, etc), title companies, as customized as you wish. They have wonderful resources with builders, handymen, landscape. This is another thing that makes this dream team amazing – they are with you every step of the way, as long as you wish for them to stay with you. They will walk you through the easiest buying process you will have in your life, then if you wish, they can work with contractors and get you a kitchen remodel set up and an extension (us), they can also come and help you decorate and wonderfully set up your house, because on top of it all, they are professional staging and decorating crew. Don’t let their youthful and beautiful looks deceive you, they have been in this business for a very long time, you can just sense their experience from the first conversation you have with them. I honestly don’t know when they sleep or eat or take care of their families. Because the whole time I felt like one of them was always available, I could ALWAYS count on one of them to respond right away, to meet us or to advice or to solve any dilemma. They made us feel like we were their most precious customers, even though we perfectly knew they were working with multiple other people at the same time. You don’t believe me?
